The Oversight Committee has been investigating the President and his family for the past year and half. Not a single piece of legislation has been generated out of all that expenditure of taxpayer dollars. That claim is no more than a fig leaf that barely hides Comer and Gym Jordan’s purely political intent.
executive privilege does not protect the mode of communication or reporting, it protects the substance. The substance has already been released

Executive privilege can be declared at any time. It is then up to others to accept or deny.
Please quote this means vs substance claim.
