Just don't call it open borders

what specifics do want to discuss.

you vague biden policy is bad comment.

what specifically do you not like that is different than previous 4 years.

remain in mexico?

Allan

Remain in Mexico, lack of interior deportations, expansion of “parole” authority, removing border barriers including those put up by states, catch and release and then dumping the expenses on the states and cities. Anything Biden/Harris could do to open the border they did.
Currently egregious is their “parole” misuse where they fly would be illegals to US states and dump them and then claim they have reduced border crossings. That may be technically true but it’s like giving the banks money to would be robbers and claiming you have reduced bank robberies.

states shouldnt be putting up barriers on the border, SCOTUS has ruled.
feds have the absolute right to remove barriers put up by the states.

states that are interfering with the feds, do it to pander to their base and not solving the problem.

The court may have ruled that the federal government had the authority to remove border barriers put up by the state but that is not the same thing as saying that the federal government was required to remove border barriers put up by the state. Under Trump, the state of Texas and the federal government would cooperate to defend our border from illegal incursions.

they should have never been put up in the first place.

Meh. Nothing can be done just like COVID. Just wait it out and endure it. Granny will be happy to be sacrificed.

I mean with so many applicants it sounds like more judges need to be hired to process them.

Yeah, I know. Allan has a habit of seeing what he wants to see even when it doesn’t exist. And then he expects us to discuss it with him. It’s a form of delusion, I believe.

Oh yeah? Cite the case. What the SCOTUS ruled on and blocked, were State laws that allowed the States to enforced Federal immigration laws.

Actually, they should have been … by the Feds.

And they would have been if Biden hadn’t canceled the contracts that were building them.

This whole ■■■■■■■ thread has been about all the different actions and policies taken or eliminated by Biden/Harris to throw open the border to as many of the world’s losers as possible. Here’s one that’s been discussed but they want to double down on:

The Biden/Harris administration has decided to allow illegal alien spouses to receive “paroles” in place, even though our current law says they have to return to their home countries and apply for such a parole. Based on a suit by 16 states that the administration follow the law, a federal court has ordered an end to such paroles, which could number over 500,000.
No response was made to Fox from DHS. No comment was made by Kamala to this or basically to anything else.

Are you talking about the bipartisan asylum bill?

A bill that would have funded and made it legal for millions upon millions more of the world’s poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, criminal and terrorists, flood into the United States and further overwhelm our inner cities.

In every oppressive country like communist China, socialist Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela, etc., where the people are disarmed, they suffer the loss of inalienable rights under an iron fisted government which lives large off the people’s labor. Forewarned is forearmed.

You aren’t on par with preop Charlie Gordon.

Everything Harris/Biden has done is to facilitate the movement of more and more of the world’s poverty and problems into the US:

Federal immigration authorities have been to told to ‘prepare for a huge spike,’ Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales told DailyMail.com Tuesday. The Republican lawmaker, who represents over 820 miles of Texas-Mexico border including hot spots El Paso and Eagle Pass, explained cartels that smuggle people over the border will actually advertise on the election.

It’s easier to get across our border than it is to get out of WalMart if you lost your receipt.

And the fact they have a shot at next election boggles the mind and is shockingly depressing.
