We have the same electoral college in 2028. Desantis won’t win. He’s seen as anti union. Not a single blue wall state will vote for him.
My father was a life long democrat because of Reagan. He always blamed Reagan for the trucking industry being deregulated. I was like 12 years old in 1980, I heard him drone on about that forever.
I just recently come to find out, it was Carter that passed deregulation in 1980. But since Reagan won, he naturally assumed it was Reagan. I just find it weird he never found out the truth.

It was his administration that started this nonsense of the US (quietly) arming and ginning up Islamic terrorism to destabilize the world. ■■■■ him. Too many have died over this.

Delta posted on X that everytime Jimmy Carter flew with them he shook everyones hand on the plane. There was also accompanying video.
No idea if its true he did that every time but does sound like something he would do.
I know his presidency is not well remembered but from what I have read he was basically just too nice a guy to be an effective president.
His years afterwards made a great difference to so many Americans and you all lost a great American with the passing of Carter.

I’ve responded to the deflection/lie twice, and each disappeared.
I was too young to remember carter as president. But i do remember back in the 90s msnbc use to run a weekend program called headliners legends and lies. On that show i learned about billy carter and billy beer 
. Sounded to me jimmy and billy were opposites.
