I think Dershowitz may be history. Jane Doe No 3 was 15yo and Epstein evidently kept details of lots of things.

It was awful to hear Dershowitz being interviewed this weekend and making the argument that a fifteen year old had “made her own decisions.” As a lawyer, he knows that the courts will never find for that argument… if a fifteen year old has sex with anyone over the age of eighteen that is statutory rape. Dershowitz came across as desperate, cornered.
