U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon issued the ruling today. Trump had been charged with withholding documents and obstructing justice after he left the White House.
I have a feeling Engoron/ Leticia James along with the Merchan case will be dismissed as well.

Yes true. The last law was found to be unconstitutional. Not this one. There has been no scotus ruling on this one yet.
The lib lawfare against Trump seems to be falling apart.
Cannon did Smith a big favor with this ruling.
Now, she is no longer on the case, stalling the proceedings. Smith can immediately go to the Circuit Appeals court and they will definitely overrule her and appoint a new Judge. She should have stalled longer, if Trump won he would have had his AG drop the prosecution. Now, it is on and it could happen before the election.
