releasing his report is akin to yellow journalism with parts of the narrative enforced by government coercion. He is a civilian and the only thing he’s releasing is a work of fiction. Trump should sue him and he should be held personally liable since he technically did not hold any government position.

Trump is correct. If anyone needs “gotten after” it’s anyone who violates the law. Success, safety, security and prosperity for the American people will reduce the Dimbulbcrats to a punchline.
Me personally I hope the Bondi Justice Department investigates “Tish” James, Fat Alvin and Flim Flam Willis for their collusion with Biden legal advisors prior to their filings.
