I do not believe Biden wants a completely open border. I do believe he is taking a politicians approach to this and doing nothing/very little because no matter what he does he will piss off a section of those that will vote for him. But hey he wanted to be President and part of that is making difficult decisions. This reinforces my opinion that a President should serve a single 6 year term.

If he really wants to deal with the ■■■■■■■■ that is happening at the border let’s see him sign this into law:
