26.1 is out and it didn’t fix the issue though it seems to be a bit better.
If you scroll up in the thread after hitting edit the text box does seem to fix itself

Just updated and you are right, issue not fixed but much easier to reply now.

Hey folks I was having the same issue. I updated to iOS 26.2 tonight, and that seems to have fixed the issue for me.
As a side note, the update was 10.2 GB for me - so I’d definitely recommend making sure you’re on a network with a healthy size of bandwidth. I’m on a17 Pro, so your file size may vary by device.
