Your words.

none of which said Russia would nuke estonia. keep grasping and stretching though

It means I don’t want to talk about it any more.
To me it is not important to be ALWAYS right.
You need to learn how to quit when you’re ahead.

It’s not about being right or wrong, it’s about being informed and knowing that what you learned is correct. Willful ignorance is a sin.

I safisfyed MY need for being informed.
You have a right to work on yours, I’m not your dependant, don’t worry about my education, so lay of me Jose.
I apreciate being corrected but not lectured.

Why not?

Using that measure, the US has lost pretty much every war they have ever fought. Japan, Germany and Italy are in charge of their governments. Iraq is in charge of its government, as are the Vietnamese and Taliban in Afghanistan.

In every case, except Vietnam, the enemy was soundly defeated. We never had intention to takeover and rule those countries long term. In Vietnam, politicians prevented the US from defeating the enemy.

Seriously? No mention of the Soviet Empire at all?

The Soviet Union ended in 1990. The Warsaw Pact officially ended in 1991.

In the 1990s, NATO changed to an offensive military alliance, and it started its expansion eastward with endless wars in many countries.

At the same time, the Bolshevism-for-billionaires ideology of western elites has taken on many of the worst aspects of the Soviet Union. Eisenhower’s warning about the Soviet threat is now true about ideology that has infected the west: “global in scope, atheistic in character, ruthless in purpose, and insidious in method.”

The evil empire is dead. Long live the evil empire!

I’m pretty much done with your ridiculous posts, but only one nation from NATO or Warsaw Pact or Russia…is currently involved in an invasion of another country and actively…ACTIVELY annexing areas and claiming them as their own. Who do you think that is? Oh yeah, it’s Russia. The apparent victim in all of your posts. Russia is actively annexing territories from another country. How do you feel about that?

The US troops are still occupying Kosovo almost 25 years after NATO bombing campaign against Belgrade.

Israel is still occupying and has annexed land it captured in the 1967 war.

Russia is following the precedents that the US and its allies established.

You are taking this all too personally. All I said was “don’t take my word for it” and to check it out for yourself. That’s hardly a lecture.

C’mon Bill … Get a grip on reality.

No it’s not. The US never occupied Kosovo. The US, with other NATO allies does maintain a small peacekeeping presence. The US also maintains a small presence in many western countries. Your silly statement implies the US is occupying all of those countries.

It’s all about survival in a very hostile environment. Israel was attacked and invaded. To prevent a reoccurrence, Israel annexed land it captured from the enemy.

Not even remotely accurate. The Ukraine didn’t invade Russia and it posses no threat to Russia. Russia is simply doing what it has done throughout history. It has nothing to do with Israel or the US.

Occupation

You are trying to reason with a bot (probably a Russian bot.)

660 troops sequestered to a single base is not an occupation. A military occupation is defined as the temporary military control by a ruling power over a territory that is outside of that power’s sovereign territory. The US forces in Kosovo have no such rule or control over that country.
