Isn’t it time to disqualify Adam Schiff from his ongoing impeachment inquisition?

Under the U.S. Congress, House, Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, Rules, 111th Cong., 1st session we find:

Committee rule 9, clauses (d) and (e) require that a committee Member under investigation or who has a conflict of interest with an investigation be excluded from those proceedings. The rule states: “(d) A member of the Committee shall be ineligible to participate in any Committee or subcommittee proceeding in which such Member is the respondent;” and “(e) A member of the Committee may seek disqualification from participating in any investigation of the conduct of a Member, officer, or employee of the House of Representatives upon the submission in writing and under oath of an affidavit of disqualification stating that the member cannot render an impartial and unbiased decision. If the Committee approves and accepts such affidavit of disqualification, the Chair shall so notify the Speaker and ask the Speaker to designate a Member of the House of Representatives from the same political party as the disqualified member of the Committee to act as a member of the Committee in any Committee proceeding relating to such investigation” (U.S. Congress, House, Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, Rules, 111th Cong., 1st sess., June LINK

Adam Schiff has indeed shown he “… cannot render an impartial and unbiased decision.”

Adam Schiff, intentionally misrepresented that he and his committee had no contact with the whistleblower before receiving the whistleblower’s complaint. Schiff asserted, “We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower,” when the whistleblower had been in contact with a committee aide before filing the complaint.

Adam Schiff concocted a devastating and incriminating conversation between President Trump and the President of Ukraine, and read it before Congress, with millions of people watching, instead of reading the actual conversation as recorded.

Adam Schiff repeatedly promised, that he had seen “ample evidence of Russian collusion.” But after two years of investigation, $40 million spent, Mueller found no collusion between Russia and members of the Trump campaign.

So, why is Adam Schiff, an obvious liar and is irrefutably biased against President Trump, still at the helm of the ongoing “impeachment inquiry”, which has, in essence turned into an inquisition?

Is it not time to have him disqualified under Committee rule, 9?

It’s not a “Deep State”. It’s a subversive socialist/communist “Shadow Government” which began to entrench itself during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Its mission being, to advance GLOBALIST and socialist policies, and obstruct attempts to roll back such policies.

People still arguing that the American People shouldn’t know about this in the first place.

It is Bonkers.

If the House finds that Schiff should be disciplined or removed from a committee, the House will do so. No other body is competent to make that determination.

Nary a thing about the substance of the allegations.

Well, when a supposedly nonpartisan investigation is turned into an inquisition, one would expect freedom living people to attack the process. Do you have a problem with a level playing field?

Have you heard the news?

“Even in cases of presidential impeachment, a House resolution has never, in fact, been required to begin an impeachment inquiry,” Howell determined, dismissing GOP arguments as unsupported.

The hyperbole.

Almost a quarter of the House GOP is involved in these depositions. Get a grip man.
