Is the Coronavirus panic really necessary?

Having zero confidence in the Administration to handle a potential large scale pandemic is seen as cheerleading people dying.

Smh.

This should make you feel better. It’s not being handled by the Trump administration.

“The CDC’s response has been excellent, as it has been in the past,” said John Auerbach, president of the nonpartisan Trust for America’s Health, which works with government at all levels to improve the nation’s response to high-risk health crises. Some Democrats have charged that Trump decimated the nation’s public health leadership, but Auerbach said CDC’s top scientific ranks have remained stable during the past three years.

I’m eagerly awaiting the measured assessment of Cable TV Pundit Dr. Drew.

Great.

People still have zero confidence.

Remember when the President used a sharpie to show how he wasn’t wrong about a path of a hurricane and then it later came out that there was a pressure campaign from the top to have the workaday people in the National Weather Service to say that they were wrong and the President was right?

Yeah… that is one of the reasons why people have no confidence.

By people, you mean his political opponents? Everyone else seems to be fine.

The markets have a liberal bias.

And that effected you how?

Yep, and telling the Dr’s they have to go through Pence before making any statements does not help with inspiring confidence.

The Coronavirus doesn’t care who makes statements. Simma down. Pence will not be making the science decisions. Neither will the President They have people for that. Really, really good people. The best in the world.

Mmmm. Sounds like it.

Yeah, the best in the world that let the team dealing with the first infected people be without the protective gear they needed. Only the best. Pence will be making the decisions about what information the Drs relay to us. That is the problem.

You seem to miss the point about people having zero trust in the administration to handle a crises.

Whoa! Impeachment time? I’m still not worried. But you a free to worry if you choose.

The Chinese Government Downplaying and ignoring the threat is exactly how the virus spread so rapidly in the first place.

No one has confidence that the administration will pick reality over politics

I’m under 40 and healthy, I don’t really have to worry re: health risks to myself. Even if I caught it I’d be at like .1% chance of death if not less.
