They decided that Biden could do that for now. Congress impeaches as they see fit. The Supreme Court has nothing to do with it.
Right they decided to be public servants but thekr salary isn’t enough to cover the student loans so they are dead beats rushing into fires and teaching the youth

Now something that I might agree with.
But…70% of the population believes Biden’s immigration handling is a failure.
That doesn’t make it impeachable.
But lets not pretend Nixon’s impeachment didn’t hand on public opinion as much as anything else.

The public cares very little that Trump was impeached.

The only thing I find objectionable with the above post is its failure to distinguish the Democrat Party Leadership, from American Citizens who happen to be democrats.
I can assure you millions of democrat citizens are not on board with their Leadership’s current policies, many of whom are intent on changing their party affiliation.
Let us always make the distinction between democrat voters, many of whom have been brainwashed by a communist sympathizing big media, from the current Democrat Party Leadership whose mission is to weaken and destroy the United States from within.

The imminent danger includes cases that are not an actual invasion. For example, a foreign naval force that is shelling the coast is imminent danger that is not an actual invasion.
Just like current unvetted foreign nationals are murdering American citizens, raping children, and causing crime waves in some of America’s inner cities.
