Is being a registered Democrat a valid reason for removal from a jury?

A recent study shows that white Democrats consistently showed an anti-white bias when it comes to punishment and pardons for a particular crime.

“we . . . consistently observe pro-Black bias among white Democrats (4 out of 4 tests)". . .
This asymmetry is striking. When a White Democrat commits a vandalism offense, the predicted sentence severity score is 2.10. If that same perpetrator is Black, the score drops to 1.65—a shift that moves the punishment from jail time toward community service.

The bias is even more pronounced when it comes to mercy.

Support for pardoning a White Democrat: 33.09%

Support for pardoning a Black Democrat: 43.82%

Republicans showed no such bias:

“white Republicans show no net racial bias”

“white Republicans sentence and pardon equally regardless of race on average, consistent with a color-blind version of equality."

Should white defendants be able to remove Democrats from juries and judges because of their racial bias?

Should prosecutors be able to remove Democrats from juries and pools of judges for trials involving non-white defendants?

As these libs demonstrate time and time again, they see everything through the color of your skin, not theirs.

It’s certainly possible. I know in my mom’s fraud case 10 years ago she really wanted an all black jury despite being white because when the case involves someone relatively wealthy and powerful and someone much lower on the social ladder black jurors are inherently more sympathetic to the lower social class person regardless of race.

lawyers have strikes for any reason. My last jury service one dude got struck by the prosecution because they said ‘only God can judge’.

I’m starting to think I have more in common with most blacks then I do with white women. Weird I know.

A reason for removal from a jury?

YES!
