Yes there is a wag gap back in 70’s. I’ve seen my mom do the exact same thing as her male counterpart with 30/40 percent less pay.

He’s not wrong. I would love for anyone to show statistics in which a significant number of women marry or date men who make substantially less then they do. This is one of the reasons that marriage is on the decline.

It’s getting better, no doubt. At my tech company women and men are paid the same for the same job. We don’t allow negotiation.

My last hire was a white male. My previous hire before that was an Hispanic woman.

I am reading your poat as they (women) have a choice whether staying at home or working is right for them. I do agree with the basic priniciple. But i think it has eroded from choosing to requiring based on economics.
