Comparing the funding of the balochis or whoever they are to Iran funding hamas is comedy gold! What a gigantic leap it is to equate the two. Or compare the two.
In the Gaza thread I made an attempt to explain why LIBs were sympathetic to Hama’s actions while condemning Israel’s actions. The LIB posters in this thread confirm that I was dead on accurate with my assessment.

They don’t see funding Iran as a direct attack on Israel via them funding Hamas. The worst part is we are funding both Israel and Iran to kill one another. I’d much rather fund the country who doesn’t have a fanatical dude threatening fatwas everyday. They can’t see the Forrest through the trees. Eventually the wrong dude is going to be leader of Iran and we will end up funding our own destruction. Israel is the one country keeping Iran from doing something crazy.

And they are doing everything they can to get nuclear weapons.
Israel is doing everything in their power to prevent Iran from getting nuclear weapons. If only the U.S. were as committed.

And this is where your idealist faction creates so much trouble for itself, because you can no longer see how the US also pursues its strategic aims according to the amoral calculus of its elites, and their/its self interest.
