Iowa Passes Make Sense Legislation

HOWEVER, get a bunch of dudes pretending to be female to crush the female sports, and they’re all over those fee-fees like a fly on ■■■■ .

I have a question, can someone show me where say an “average” male athlete has “transitioned” to female and has not then dominated said sport. Or female transitioned to male has been able to compete against males.

Personally I don’t care what someone “identifies” as, BUT when it impacts others as in sports, then it matters. IMO we should now have male, female, and trans sports.

I’m just trying to keep up. What does it mean now?

■■■■■■■■■ Seen it with my own eyes.

All queer means is that someone does not follow gender norms.

Someone can be genderqueer and still be heterosexual.

It is a pretty broad category.

Hell, I’d watch one episode.

And reality rears its ugly head. If male and female were just interchangeable labels, as argued by the gender “identity” advocates, there would be just as many examples of female to male transitioned athletes dominating in the male team competitions. But we don’t have even one example.

Excellent post.

We are genetically dominant in too many traits for there to ever be fair competition between the two genders.

If there was an international sit-up competition, the champions would periodically alternate between male and female, but that’s it.

There is no world in which we are physically equal, and no amount of feelingz are gonna change that.

One of the best things I ve ever read here.

Thank you.

I had a female major who was one hell of an athlete. She was about the same height as me, about the same leg length, but obviously about 50 pounds lighter. She could run the 2 mile almost a minute faster than me, sit-ups were about the same, but I crushed her in push-ups. She didn’t come anywhere near the fastest male runners in the unit. And she couldn’t carry anything near the amount of gear I could carry over long distances (rucking). Male and female biology is just so obviously different.

Nobody is arguing this point.

Im mostly saying, it’s a non issue either way. I say just leave them alone for now. I don’t see a reason to enact a law to ban them from woman’s sports.

This is where the argument that science is on the side of the gender identity movement fails. Science is based on observable, measurable, repeatable facts. The transgender movement is a philosophy, not science.

Psychology/Sociology are not sciences?

Why can’t we just leave them be? This is a non issue.

THEY AREN’T WOMEN!

Damn!

ITS NOT AN ISSUE!

Damn!

It’s yet another example of Republicans attacking LGBTQ over non issues. These people have been using bathrooms AND playing sports of their identity for as long as those entities existed.

80,000+ HS athletes compete in Iowa. We can assume 50% of them are female. How many trans woman in Iowa have entered a sport and dominated? Or even compete?

I just don’t thing a state law is necessary to restrict. Sends a bad message.

Non-females do not belong in female sports, and that’s a scientific fact.

Tell the girls being forced to compete against boys, posing as girls, that it isn’t a problem.

They are fields of study, but neither is a hard science. If that reality hurts, too bad.
