I’m not sure that the bill prohibits anyone from being as creative as they want. It just rules out one solution which has come up recently where someone other than girls are playing in girls sports and ruining it for those girls.
It says that is not acceptable. That seems reasonable to me.

Is anyone willing to agree in connection with the sports debate that there is a difference between a person who matures as a male and then transitions, and a person who has male body parts but who never develops as a male because of puberty blockers and then develops as a female because of hormone therapy? It would seem to me that these two situations should be treated differently.
