If you wish the cherrypick, then yes, 85 is too high. (I didn’t check, but I believe you are correct) But with a population of over 5 million that isn’t terrible and it includes all urban and rural areas.

They’re “fixed” in that they never overwhelm the medical system because there is enough herd immunity around to make it “controllable”.

And around we go again repeating things we all know but some of you think score some sort of “points”.

How do they not overwhelm The System with 180,000 cases hospitalized and yet corona does with 30k cases total?

Which begs the question, is there anyone out there asking people to get the flu vaccine? Fewer flu cases in the hospital means more room for Covid patients.
