Of all the treasonous things Biden has done since being installed, this is quite possibly the worst.
So, Biden attempted to help Democrats from continuing to fall in the polls leading up to the November elections by releasing oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves. A million barrels a day for 180 days. By doing so, the ignorant, senile jackass is not only NOT causing gas prices to drop, but is reducing our reserves to the lowest level in decades. Now it’s been discovered that several million of these barrels have been sold to Europe and Asia, including China.
That’s just another way Joe is aiding and abetting our enemies, hurting Americans and proving once again what the real agenda of this piece of ■■■■ is!
I hope the first thing the Republican controlled house does upon being sworn in is to impeach Joe individually for every violation of his oath and crime he’s committed, but I won’t hold my breath…
HOUSTON, May 16 (Reuters) - The amount of crude oil in the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) dropped by 5 million barrels in the week to May 13, data from the U.S. Department of Energy showed…Stockpiles in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) fell to 538 million barrels, the lowest since 1987…About 3.9 million barrels of sour crude was released into the market, while about 1.1 million barrels of sweet crude was issued, according to the data.
Do you understand what the purpose of the SPR is? ( hint: it’s in the name)
Do you understand that it’s not supposed to be a political tool?
Do you understand releasing that oil has done practically diddly squat to help Americans deal with the price of gas?
Do you understand it was released solely to try and alleviate the anger Americans are directing towards Democrats for the deliberate harm they are causing them?
Do you understand that oil will have to be replaced at a later time at much higher prices than it is now?
Do you understand that none of this would be happening if Joe Biden wasn’t a treasonous, America hating, worthless, incompetent bought and paid for tool of the Chinese and Russian Communists?
Each time was when geopolitical conditions caused the global supply of oil to be in doubt.
This fourth time was no different than the other three…to help ensure the adequate supply of oil with the disruptions caused when Russian oil went off the market.
This happens to be one of the biggest of the four disruptions ever.
The odds were very high it was not going to make a dent in oil prices, save perhaps to moderate their rise.
And of course anyone that knows how global commodities work knew that as companies took on supply, their products would go all over the world.
Everything that is in the news was a predictable outcome…much of it was even predicted when the releases were first announced.
But obviously some right wing talking head somewhere told you guys it was time to get outraged. I guess the glow of the Roe victory has faded, and a distraction was needed from yet more gun violence, so the Reuters story was seen as the key to gin up the outrage factory again.
You libs are constantly lecturing us in talking points that sound exactly the same…

The reality is we were told by the senile old man you voted for that oil was going to be used in America by Americans. Several million barrels of it went overseas particularly to China. When asked about the Reuters story today the new spokes idiot pretended to know nothing.
The strategic petroleum reserves are at a low point since the 80’s…we are still paying on average more than 4.70 a gallon…Russia’s currency is stronger than ours and bozo the Biden is still bumbling around not sure what’s going on.

There was never a promise that the oil “would be released in America for American uses”. Again…that’s not how a global commodity works and it’s certainly not how US producers work. And Biden never said that. He did say he hoped it would lower prices at the pump for Americans…but oil doesn’t have to be released here for that to happen. And no one believed him when he said it anyway.
It was announced along with releases from several other nations of their strategic reserves to try and bridge to a time when production increases would take over. Biden even admitted it was a “Band Aid” that “wasn’t going to solve the problem”.
Admit it…Tucker or someone else told you it was time to be outraged by this…even though it was completely predictable.
