Illinois priority. Protecting foreign criminals. Why?

Why exactly are there millions of homeless and jobless Americans if there are all these jobs out there?

What?!

Those 7 million open jobs are not open because of deportations.

Well, it can’t be because illegal aliens are taking them.

That’s irrelevant. If the jobs are open, they’re not offering enough money to fill them.

That’s a perspective.

And what happens when “CiTiZeNs” require more money to fill them than it’s worth to the employer?

Oh it certainly does! If you think that Illinois is working with the feds to have criminal invaders removed then you’re living in some alternate lib-iverse.

But to be fair, I will generously allow you to provide your evidence. You may proceed.

Illinois is not required to do any such thing.

The immigration court system is part of the federal judiciary, which means that immigration cases are only heard in federal courthouses.

The idiot Democrat Governors making these laws only apply to State Courthouses where immigration cases are not judicated. In other words, these laws only protect local and state criminals and drunk drivers.

Christy needs to inform her agents that, they have priority over local police and they are not obligated to follow this absurd law. She can’t back down on this. And I can’t wait to see what will happen when a Chicago cop tries to cuff an ICE agent! Ooh boy!

No it isn’t.

Then his competition who hires legally will flourish and the piece of ■■■■ running his criminal enterprise will be looking for a job himself.

Then you no longer have a business, won’t get the job done, or you’ll have to do it yourself. It’s always going to be about what people are willing to work for to do a job.

It reminds me of the Mayor of Point Pleasant NJ being mad about having to pay young adults 24 dollars an hour to stick and pick garbage from parking lots. I guess they didn’t have enough people on community service. If you want the job done, you don’t set the price.

Oh.

So illegals aren’t taking jobs away from Americans?

You’ve never run a business.

 You’ve got access to the internet, look it up yourself.

I have. You’re wrong. What you call immigration “judges” are actually Special Inquiry Officers hired by and reporting to the DOJ. Executive Branch.

They work for Signora Bondi.

Nobody questions that. A good deal of insanity and evil is still legal. It’s also legal to question those actions.

No. It’s part of the immigration system, not the judiciary. In any case, those taken into custody are still allowed to plead their case. Even those in expedited removal can file Habeas corpus actions.

Non sequitur. In many cases they would have to pay higher wages to Americans, not do without filling the job.

Not the topic. The question I asked is why does Illinois want to lock arms to keep foreign violent offenders in this country?
