Then what right did slaves have to revolt and why was a civil war necessary?
This is true because they have less government.
They didn’t have the right to revolt. They weren’t even considered citizens. Since they weren’t considered citizens that had zero rights in the USA.
Civil war was necessary because the south didn’t want to free slaves and they attacked the north because of it.
Again if rights come from God, why did the civil war even need to happen? Our beef was with God, not man… right?

No. The civil war was necessary because the south was seceding over slavery. But mostly because the south was stupid enough to attack and thereby gave them the excuse to stop the secession. Lincoln very clearly stated he had no interest in making black people equal or even freeing slaves. He did have the moral authority to wage war and destroy the south because of slavery.
