If Democrats have all these solutions for "affordability" why are blue states so unaffordable for middleclass Americans?

Please no excuses as is usual the case. Why haven’t they implemented all these supposed grand ideas and fixes over the past 20-30 years into the states run by Dems?

Like with the Epstein files, I think it has more to do with trying to latch on to the voter disappointment in Trump than anything.

He was so happy.

They have no great ideas or fixes.

Extremely high taxes result in a high cost of living which doesn’t benefit the middle class at all.

The violence in the cities and states they govern and the exiting of is the evidence their solutions suck.

Good point.

They govern Texas?

Cities not states. Plenty of California and def plenty of New York is affordable.

Also, the higher-cost-of-living areas are more than offset by higher wages in most places.

Texas…the number one California destination when they’re exiting.

…and getting shot or raped! Those two states have the highest violent crime rate in the nation.

The good news is, Trump is removing the illegals.

Because red blooded Americans never rape or kill or indulge in violent crime.

The big cities in TX are run by dems and crime is rampant of course.

Same thing in TN.

Red state but Memphis and Nashville are run by dems and crime riddled.

Rest of the state does very well.

Any crimes by illegals is unacceptable because they have no right to even be here.

Get them all out and there will be no crimes by illegals.

Americans at least have a right to be here and if they commit crimes lock them up.

Not the most reliable of reports when they cherry pick data.

Grok did research for me and this was the conclusion from reviewing all the publicly available data

Conclusion

The article is partially accurate in reporting the CIS analysis and data limitations but misleading overall by presenting a fringe interpretation as settled fact. Rigorous, replicated studies using the same DPS data consistently show undocumented immigrants commit violent crimes at much lower rates than native-born Texans. Claims of a “higher rate” appear driven by selective adjustments and low population estimates rather than comprehensive evidence. For policy discussions, focus on peer-reviewed sources like PNAS or NIJ over advocacy reports. If you’re interested in raw DPS stats, they’re publicly available on the Texas DPS website. thr AI conclusion from reviewing all the publicly available data

Dimbulbcrats are riding that “unaffordable” train that’s headed over a cliff because other than writing subsidy checks and raising taxes they have no solutions. But they’ll condemn and blame Republicans for the four year economic dumpster fire they created.

Sure for the lib elites. Not for those in the middleclass.

Of course they do, but it’s worse when it’s an illegal, because it can be argued that person should have never been here to victimize anyone in the first place.

Yes, for those in the middle class. Median income in Massachussetts is about 60% higher than Mississippi.
