I like time travel sci fi. Twelve Monkeys, movie and the series, was great. But I’m running out of it. I found a movie on Prime, Netflix, or Hulu ( I subscribe to all so I can’t remember which now) that appeared to be a fairly current Russian sci fi movie about four guys digging up ww2 memorabilia in the Russian countryside when they find a box in an old blown out bunker with their own IDs, as though they were Russian soldiers. They thought maybe they were drinking bad vodka (really) when they were instantly transported back to 1942. [Ahhhhhhhhh… my bag of jelly bellies just spilled on my truck floor here at the CVS parking lot. So … To be continued. Gotta get back to work anyhow for a 3 o clock]
“I think Putin knows that he has the high cards, militarily, economically and politically, and he’s prepared to use them,” Bolton said. “He gave us notice of his strategy seven or eight years ago when he said, in what is now one of the most frequently repeated quotes from his leadership in Russia, when he said, ‘The breakup of the Soviet Union was the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the 20th century.’”

Why don’t you ask Sean Hannity that question? He certainly seemed to believe it would influence people’s votes, based on the amount of time he spent prior to the election beating the drum for how the content of the hacked emails was a huge negative story about Clinton and the DNC.
Meanwhile China is building new fancy cities, rail system and bridges…hell even Russia is building stuff that Clinton and Bush’s help while ours are crumbling.
So the big threat to democracy is that we find out the truth about our corrupt politicians? At least we have more reason to believe the emails than we do the dossier.
Ultimately, it is still up to the American voter. If they wished to say that, since the emails were taken illegally, they would not consider them, then that is up to the America voter to decide.
Oh, and was my decision to vote for Trump based on the emails? You’re not serious, right?
We didn’t find out about our “corrupt” politicians. We found out details about one politician in particular. All I want is a level playing field. Preferably one which has fewer illegal activities.
Not quite partisan enough of a headline for Foxnews. It needs more misdirection and to incorporate either the snowflake or the media bias theme, both of which comprise about a quarter of headlines on foxnews.com.
I think the following would be closer:
“LIB MELTDOWN after Trump Taps Experienced Intelligence Officer for CIA Post.”
Let’s see…the G7 in disarray. Republicans now support the Kremlin and are angry at all our traditional allies. Debt is exploding. International pacts and treaties have all been torn up. The president doesn’t care that Russia meddled in our elections and his silence essentially welcomes them to do it again this year.
Yup I’d say Putin is wearing a big fat smile these days.
