Under the bill, Americans qualify for a $4,500 tax credit to buy used electric vehicles, depending on their annual income. The amount increases to $7,500 if it’s a new EV.

Which means EV costs will go up close to 4500 / 7500 dollars. Dealers or sellers will get most of it.

The 7500 is already baked in, it’s an extension of the subsidy already in place.

Depends on how they do it. Many vehicles have gone above the threshold and not available for a tax credit. Will they give it back to those vehicles?

Everybody isn’t doing that. I worked for a corporation for over 40 years. Good pay, good benefits, and a real retirement.

Those kind of jobs are not something most want to run off.

Very few billion dollar plus corps that haven’t gone woke.

Very few billion dollar pus corps offering the majority of their work force good living wages and retirement benefits anymore.
