Forgive me if it’s been covered, but I’ve never seen anyone discuss these 2 things at all.
If you want to discuss/rehash/argue all other things related to the 2020 Election, or January 6th please continue to do so in your favorite thread on the topic. I’m BEGGING anyone else to stick to the topic at hand.
- My first question is about the accusations/charges of mass election fraud. That would be a federal felony of up to 5 years per count.
Election day was Nov. 3rd, 2020
Various dates and deadlines for Challenges/Recounts/Certifications for each state
Final Wisonsin Recount Total made available Nov. 27 and certified Nov. 29, 2020
Final Georgia Recount Total made available on Dec. 4, 2020 and certified Dece. 7, 2020
Electoral College vote was Dec. 14, 2020
Georgia Special Elections for Senate was Jan. 5th, 2021 (allegations made there as well)
Certification of Electoral College was January 6th, 2021
Inauguration Day was Jan. 20th, 2021
That means that there were 78 days (of course far fewer days considering the constraints of the schedule above) from Election to Inauguration Days to
a) investigate
b) prosecute
c) convict, and then overturn the announced results
We’ve recently seen Federal investigations going on for 3,4,5,6 or more years involving both trump and biden among others.
So my first question is, how long does it take to do an investigation of voter fraud, and prove it to the point of satisfaction for the voters?? And do you have to win an election or just be declared the winner??
And my second question is, if someone was sophisticated enough to pull off the type of voter fraud that has been alleged, do we really believe they didn’t have a plan in case they were caught or called out for it??
Thanks.
Please stay on topic.
