Yup, that’s document is from from Rudy to the N.Y. Post, just like your Daily Mail link says. It hasn’t been authenticated by the FBI, and using our own eyes looks nothing like the known signature from a court document.
I’m not saying the FBI is wrong. It simply hasn’t been authenticated by the FBI. Thanks for the links that show that document is from Rudy’s original NY Post leak.

Rudy holding on to a computer filled with child pornography is against the law.
It should be obvious, but there is quite a difference between the FBI being in possession of the laptop, and confirming Hunter Biden’s signature.
Who are senior federal officials and what federal agency are they from?
The FBI, however, has declined to confirm whether or not it is examining the laptop and its contents.
In a letter to Republican chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee Ron Johnson on Tuesday, the FBI said it would not be commenting on Ratcliffe’s remarks.
‘Regarding the subject of your letter, we have nothing to add at this time to the October 19th public statement by the Director of National Intelligence about the available actionable intelligence,’ the bureau said.
‘If actionable intelligence is developed, the FBI in consultation with the Intelligence Community will evaluate the need to provide defensive briefings to you and the Committee pursuant to the established notification framework.’
Hunter and Don Jr look like they’re in a contest to see who can look more divorced.

This is how Right Wing media machine works. One site posts a “fake news” story then other sites pick it up and point to the fake source as proof. Then days later the fake site points to all other right wing news as proof the original fake news.
