Prosecutors necessarily weigh a number of factors before bringing charges. There are obvious considerations, like the strength of the evidence, especially regarding intent. Responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s actions, and how similar situations have been handled in the past.

It means nothing because the Mueller report that was waited on for two years came out and did not allege that Trump committed any crime.
That is a poor basis for impeachment.

It makes one wonder why the Democrats, if they really thought Hillary was cheated in 2016, didn’t offer her another shot instead of just tossing her aside like the loser she is. Well anyone who hasn’t been paying attention to Democrats for longer than five minutes anyway.
