How exactly did Dems fail?
There never was anything Dems could do to stop Kavanaugh after Republicans enacted the nuclear option for SCOTUS nominees. Frankly the Ford allegations were a Hail Mary which frankly got a lot further than I think the Dems ever expected.
But there never was any chance the Dems could stop Kavanaugh or have any effect whatsoever on the hearings. It was 100% in the hands of the Republicans start to finish.
Dems have he reasonably effective victories at stopping Trump, especially through the budget and maintaining solidity to filibuster bills in the Senate and to a lesser extent in the courts.
Obamacare isn’t repealed. The wall isn’t being built. DACA is still active. This has been one of the least active legislatures in history. Republican victories are limited to a tax cut that went basically unnoticed by the “working man” and executive actions.

It actually does make a difference. If Kavanaugh sexually assaulted Ford, he would have been pulled. However, there is no proof so Kavanaugh is sitting on the SCOTUS.
Trump has obliterated their position on almost everything but they don’t even see it yet.

Not even close. No SC justice blamed a family (Clinton’s) or an entire party like Kavy did. And this was BEFORE being confirmed, so the bias was there.
As someone else pointed out, Kavy also was on the witch hunt to nail Bill Clinton on something, anything. He’s a Ken Starr flunkie.
