Homosexuality is one of those things where trying it even once can get you hooked.
You can’t catch gay by being around them. You can only catch it by engaging in homosexual sex. If you try it even once you might have a hard time being straight again.

All of you who don’t want to participate in a civil society where we don’t treat people like garbage because of who they are should just go off the grid. Sorry the constitution was written over 200 years ago when homosexuality was shunned and never talked about. Our world is very much different then our founding fathers. That’s what is meant by a living breathing constitution. It can be interpreted many ways that’s why you stretch it in any way it suits you and vice versa. That’s why there is a supreme court. Where are corporations in our constitution? Why do they have so many rights. Where is it in our constitution anything about marriage or sexuality. People tried the same excuse when it came to giving blacks the right to vote. Why did they have to put a separate amendment for women to have the right to vote?
It’s a fact that probably more then 75 percent of all species on earth engage in “homosexual” activity. So maybe its gods will?
That too is illegal in several states. Submit to your betters. They own you.
This has nothing to do with a “2000 year old book”. Why do you have a problem with people being free to mutually agree in their contacts and associations?

The wise founding fathers who wrote the constitution you mention, provided an amendment process to make it a “living breathing constitution” as you mention, and to allow and accommodate for changing times.
Why do you reject abiding by our Constitution’s amendment process and embrace arbitrary acts of Congress as the rule of law?

You mean like states arbitrarily passing anti abortion laws to get Roe v. Wade before the Supreme Court again, or is your Constitutional outrage selective there, John?
