Higher Education in America – too expensive, takes too much time, has a limited “shelf-life", and consists of a great deal of content that has limited practical value

No, they aren’t.

I take you are a male leader. Good for you. Females make great leaders.

That’s a great message for young women. Go with that.I will quote you when I tell my female students that they cannot make good leaders.Right?

Yes, you may quote me. It’s better than lying to them.

I’ve never lied to my students. Especially since many of their mothers are leaders. What are you a leader in?

No they aren’t.

Everything I do.

Your troglodyte chauvinism is showing. :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s not chauvinism, it’s simple fact.

Females are not wired to lead. Makes are not wired to follow them.

What you are claiming is leadership isn’t. It is an artificial construct.

Being named “manager” does not make one a leader. No title does.

In multiple threads, I’ve seen you make the same claim.

I would love to hear you articulate why you don’t believe females can be great leaders.

I’ve read study after study that says otherwise. I’ve even read a couple studies showing females actually make better leaders than males.

Without some kind of argument, I can only guess that you are simply blowing smoke.

All I can say is WOW!

other posters, not so much.

I’m curious. Have you ever worked for a woman?

Thatcher was a good leader.

Hillary and Kamala no way no how.

Comes down to individual basis just like with males.

Tampon Tim Walz would be a male example of no way no how.

No she wasn’t.

Is Trump a “good leader”?

Why??

Thus far you haven’t made any attempt to articulate your position regarding female leadership.

What do you think?

even i recognize the leadership qualities of thatcher however painful they might be.

do you remember the war they won under thatcher?

do you remember her deregulating the UK financial markets and that lead to an economic boom?

seriously your slip is showing on these one.

she was a good to great leader of the UK for over a decade.

i will agree with @gooddad on this topic.
