At one time I had 3 yorkies. 2 females and 1 male. My large female yorkie was the alpha dog.
In my 50-year IT career, about half that time was spent working for females. At one time the immediate three levels of management above me were held by females.
I encountered a mixed bag during that 50-year career. By far my best manager was a female. On the flip side my worst manager was also a female. I’ve also had a mixed bag with male managers. I too was a first level manager for about 5 years.
After 5 years I found that my talents, and my first love, rested in the technical side. I switched companies so that I could once again become an individual contributor. With my new company I made it clear that I had no management aspirations. That is the company where I retired after 19 years of employment.
And here you are, tittering behind your church bulletin.
I’m flattered.
We’ve discussed this.
Spoken like a true feminist. What’s next? Demure? Narcissist?
Defended my own credibility? From what?

Does this biological divide appear across any demographics except gender?
Mmmmmm. Interesting question. I shall meditate on it.
Are leaders born or made?
A little bit of both.
Lets you answer my question after you meditate.
In the meantime, by your definition they are clearly born. It has to be genetic if all women lack the gene.
Giving yourself stage directions?
You don’t “let” me do anything.
I don’t care if you believe the truth or not.
So you are still meditating on it?
Who cares about reading, writing and arithmetic, as long as they can tell someone what’s the difference between cis and trans!
No churches are involved. I’m standing right here where you can see me.
Made. Leaders emerge due to need.
He is conflating “leadership” and “management.”
