It’s still relative. The perception of movement is relative.
Helical, or rotation is just perception. It’s all inside consciousness and it can become larger than the universe or tinier than inside an atom. it’s subjective. It can stand still and float inside your forehead or it can erupt and explode. You can see the sun inside out and the wall of stars is a fabric than rolls and unrolls and it is a product of the mind
Past present and future is all contained in a single moment. It’s all written there to see.
The method of stopping and observing the mind was named Vipasanna-Samatha in Sanskrit and Chi-Kuan in Chinese and Japanese.
The preliminary stage is viewing the akashic records or 8th consciousness.
