Yes, I expect Democrats and their media allies to do their best to suppress and ignore any evidence that is unfavorable to their cause.
With Democrats in control of the government, I would not be surprised if opposing voices are restricted or removed from the internet and public air waves. “Freedom of speech” will be reinterpreted to mean “freedom from speech that offends Democrats”. The restrictions will probably start through harassment of advertisers, selective prosecution, and prosecutors ignoring violence against political opponents.
Actual evidence of election hacking could be banned because it could reduce confidence in the election process, and speaking the truth might encourage violent opposition to the government. Democrats could claim restrictions on websites are required for national security.

The lawyer is supposed to be some “big shot Italian lawyer”, but he has sparse references on the Web.
The “affidavit” has no official seals or notary markings…and the source of the image of this “affidavit” is a right wing media person.
The “affidavit” has no date or location on it.
In short there is nothing on the “affidavit” that lends credence to it being an official affidavit.
And there is nothing in the official records of the charges except the guy put some malware on some data company machines.
It doesn’t jibe with what we know of Georgia, where there was a hand recount of the actual paper ballots…and there is no way such a hand recount would perfectly replicate a computer-generated or computer altered vote count.
Finally, your story mentions nothing of the elections…only his official charges.
