**PELOSI SAYS NUMEROUS TIMES SHE DOES NOT WANT TO PUBLICLY DISCUSS

**TRUMP SAYS HE IS READY TO SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT OVER BORDER SECURITY
4:05 PM ET – Freedom Caucus member, Rep. Jim Jordan represents Ohio’s Fourth District in the U.S. House of Representatives and is a member of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, is here to talk about James Comey’s multiple memory lapses, the shocking and appalling treatment from the left towards a sitting president and the need to build the wall. Jordan and Rep. Mark Meadows wrote and op-ed for Fox about the wall, and the need to keep our promise to the American people.
The border security wall will help fix the issue. Apprehensions dropped 95 percent in the San Diego sector after the double barrier was put into place. Israel’s border wall cut illegal immigration by 99 percent.
The last legislative opportunity to address these issues is the year-end spending bill. The fact that it’s a bill that must pass creates the burning platform needed to force Congress to actually act and the leverage we need to get these reforms through the Senate. The funding bill is the only option.
The House Freedom Caucus will offer two amendments to this bill. First, we need to end the catch and release problem. Second, we need $5 billion in unrestricted funding for the border wall.
Our members will not vote in support of a bill that doesn’t include these provisions. The president should also use his veto pen to ensure that Congress listens.
5:05 PM ET – Jon Sale, former federal prosecutor having served in NY Southern District and also served as an Assistant Special Watergate Prosecutor. Sale has a particular understanding of the SDNY and their end goal. We will get his take on the calls to indict the President, and what he thinking of Cohen’s testimony and sentencing.
President Donald Trump is in legal and political jeopardy, and he doesn’t seem to know it. The U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) has filed a sentencing memorandum in the case of Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, and personal advisor. It candidly lays out the federal case against Trump for campaign finance crimes.
The prosecutors say that payments Cohen caused to be made to two women who say they had extramarital affairs with Trump were “in coordination with and at the direction of” Trump. (Trump denies that these alleged affairs occurred, and says he did not know about the payments when they occurred.) The SDNY’s sentencing memo thus implicates Trump in at least three crimes. 5:30 PM ET – Troops Direct is an organization that gets needed supplies and tools to deployed troops when they are sent overseas underprepared. The kind and generous donations from the American public are what keep this non-profit organization going all year long. It’s easy to go about your daily life not thinking of the brave men and women sacrificing so that you can have the freedoms we take for granted. Joining the show to discuss is Aaron Negherbon, Founder & Executive Director and Jake Jones, also with Troops Direct, talk to us about the Americans who are deployed right now, and what they need.
TroopsDirect.org is the only non-profit of its type…getting troops the items they specifically request for their missions and safety.
Did you know Americans are deployed to over 130 countries…and they often go without.
Helmets, communications equipment, life support gear, replacement uniforms…
To discuss what the troops are really requesting this holiday season…and it’s not cookies and greeting cards.
If you want to really support the troops…Make a donation today at TroopsDirect.org
