Speaking during his opening monologue on ‘Hannity’ Tuesday night, Sean weighed-in on recent revelations that Christopher Steele was grilled by DOJ lawyers in June; facing tough questions over his debunked Trump Dossier.

“The investigation into the Deep State’s abuse of power has now come full circle. Christopher Steele -who created the Russian dossier- was grilled by federal prosecutors in June. The interview lasted more than 15 hours and was conducted by lawyers that were working for the DOJ’s Inspector General,” said Hannity.

“Make no mistake about it, a crucial development in the IG’s investigation into FISA abuse… We know for a fact that Steele’s dirty dossier was unverified as a matter of fact, it was unverifiable. Even Steele admitted under oath he had no idea if any of the content was true or not,” he added.

“Christopher Steele hated Donald Trump and he was being paid a ton of money,” said Hannity.

Despite Congressional Democrats’ non-stop efforts to ignore Robert Mueller’s “No Collusion” conclusion in recent weeks; far-left legislators and members of the Deep State are still refusing to acknowledge the Steele Dossier’s role in obtaining FISA warrants against US citizens.

The debunked dossier -used to surveil Trump campaign insiders during the 2016 presidential election- was deployed by top FBI officials and the Department of Justice to mislead the nation’s top-secret FISA courts.

Buzzfeed first published the material back in January 2017; kick-starting a two-year obsession by the mainstream media.

“A dossier, compiled by a person who has claimed to be a former British intelligence official, alleges Russia has compromising information on Trump,” posted Buzzfeed.

“The dossier, which is a collection of memos written over a period of months, includes specific, unverified, and potentially unverifiable allegations of contact between Trump aides and Russian operatives, and graphic claims of sexual acts documented by the Russians. BuzzFeed News reporters in the US and Europe have been investigating various alleged facts in the dossier but have not verified or falsified them. CNN reported Tuesday that a two-page synopsis of the report was given to President Obama and Trump,” added the author.
