No, they didn’t. Many experts disagreed with the VIPS memo that claimed the emails were transferred to a local storage device, including several VIPS members. It was a very weak hypothesis based solely on data transfer rates. It was easily shown that network rates of that speed could be achieved.
Not to mention, Seth didn’t have access to those emails.

Again, the truth about what really happened to Seth Rich is unresolved by the presently known facts. It is perfectly normal for people to speculate on what happened, as they do on many other unsolved murders. Robert Wagner has been under suspicion for years over his wife’s drowning. There’s no gagging of those surmisings. What is unusual is the intensity of the gagging of speculation in the Seth Rich case. That extreme censorship invites suspicion.
Well, I think any observant person who has read/viewed news reports thru the years could have a question or 2 about the valuable personal property left untouched at the crime scene.

For many years, I have been unsettled about the explanation given for Vince Foster’s passing. Mainly due to the very worried expression he displayed a few days before he was found, which wasn’t comparable to the upbeat celebratory atmosphere exhibited by the Clinton admin folks.
A suicide didn’t fit with an exuberant situation, bearing opposite dispensations. That’s just my “wonderment” for things that seem not to jibe with the circumstances.
