Brandons lies include much worse things than Trumps. Trumps lies are self aggrandizing minutia “biggest crowd” etc. So are a lot of Brandons. Brandon’s however show a callous disregard for others that he believes he relating to.

Forgetting 1988?
I am thinking Biden’s side will come up with some “requirement” that the Trump side cannot/will not meet giving him cover to pull out by claiming “the Trump campaign wouldn’t agree to xyz condition, therefore we have made the difficult decision to not hold a debate”.
Lets be real here, there is no way Biden could debate anyone at this point. His mental capacity simply is not up to the task. Give him a speech and he generally does ok, but the moment he has to think on his feet in a non-scripted environment his decline is evident. This is not a slam on him, it is reality amd Trump is not far behind. Dude cannot say anything without repeating it 2 or 3 times.

Well yeah that was bad and will always be an albatross around his neck. He flagrantly plagiarized. It wasn’t even done creatively like most high end college students do.
Oh damn I forgot how old he was. That was before 1988 I think. That was during the Democratic Primaries of 1988 where it came out and everyone learned about it and he tried to lie about it. That went badly for him. He did bow out in shame after he realized no one was believing him. So he has some shame I guess.

That was the year before I was born so it’s something I forget about a lot. And while the Berlin Wall coming down while my mom was pregnant with me while my dad was off doing airborne training is so huge of an event that it never slips my mind once i read about it, something like Biden’s political stupidity in an election cycle where Dukakis got bent over the coals by Poppa Bush doesn’t rank nearly as high.

Weirdly enough my first real political memory was Bill Clinton telling me what the definition of is actually is. Since I was an 8 year old when that was going on and watching the coverage with my grandparents.

As for who shows up, I can’t be sure about Trump. But, I’m sure Biden will be shuffling across the debate stage in his extra wide sole shoes. Regardless of how many quarts of redbull and stimulants they have to pour down his feeding tube to ensure it.
