Let’s not hide the fact that the aid only was released when Trump was forced to obey the Whisteblower Report which told Congress what he was up to. You defense of Trump is equivalent to saying that if someone carries a bomb into a crowded square but then is arrested before they can detonate it, there was no crime.

Why all the wondering about a quid pro quo when what was sought was an investigation into corruption? You can act like its for personal political gain, about on the same level as you can act like this inquiry is for personal political gain.
Regardless, there is nothing impeachable here and that is how the vote will go in the Senate.
This is a nothing and will be only an embarrassment to those who started it.
