Going to war in Nigeria?

Yes i am sure. Reading

The US was involved in smuggling arms and Muslim fighters into Bosnia. That admission came out in the 1990’s.

Recently declassified documents show that the CIA was working to support Bosnian Muslims with “black ops, literally explosive provocations, illegal weapon shipments, imported jihadist fighters, potential false flags, and stage-managed atrocities”. Christian Serbs and Croats were the primary targets.

During the Cold War, the US sent military aid to support Tito’s Communist regime to prevent domination by the Soviet Union. Once the Soviet Union was no longer a threat, the US gave a blank check to separatists, especially Muslims in Bosnia and Kosovo.

South Sudan has a large Christian population. Not a peep about their plight.

Follow the money and geopolitics are generally a much better explanation of US foreign policy than any real concern about freedom of religion, human rights, or democracy.

The US has a long, convoluted history of involvement in South Sudan, but most Americans have no idea that the country even exists.

Personally, I doubt that US military intervention in Africa would help anyone.

I am bone weary with intervention anywhere.

I’m guessing that we might see some trucks loaded with Islamists being droned. It makes for good TV, but I’m not sure I would call that a war.

Reading what?
