I don’t view that as a legitimate function for FEMA even if they weren’t ordered not to do it.
You may not view that a proper function of FEMA, but the money they paid to NYC (not to the hotels, but to NYC, and not all the money was for hotels) was money appropriated by Congress, and NOT money that was earmarked for disaster relief.
The fact of the matter is Musk outright lied about that money…and you bought it.
And you deflected away from the fact that on their website, DOGE shows that apparently, they don’t know how to count.
So we are more likely to get $5 from the “DOGE Dividend” than we are $5,000.
And this promise, even as the GOP budget plan is released that adds $4 trillion in new debt while of course offering $4.5 trillion in new tax cuts…and you know who will get most of that.
But go on thinking there will be $5,000 checks.
They aren’t even trying to make the math work out. They don’t have to…they know Trump supporters won’t bother to check.
