Fewer and fewer Americans want anything to do with serving in the military

The greatest military in the world…

So long as the masters have a government imprimatur, slavery is alright by me. Is that it?

Nope.

Hawkish dems can take a hike on that.

Nobody wants to fight for the likes of biden or harris.

Am I the only one noticing that it looks like only white parents whose kid murders people also get charged? At least I sure haven’t seen any minority parents who knew their kid was in a gang getting charged.

Wrong thread but just perfection

Tangentially connected, some people may not want to fight for a country that is discriminating against them.

So what are you saying? That white people might not want to fight for this country?

Seems fairly evident that is the case from recruitment shortfalls.

I mean, come on.

from MSN

According to the report, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission stipulates that companies that employ more than 100 people must report their hiring demographics.

The results from 2021 showed that 88 S&P 100 companies hired 323,094 new employees.

Only 20,524 of those jobs went to white workers. "People of color” received the other 302,570 jobs – or 94 percent of them.

The new hires were 40 percent Hispanic, 23 percent black and 22 percent Asian. Eight percent were of “other races,” and 6 percent were white.

Why would the majority of the country fight, for that?

Sure looks to me like whites are the new blacks. I object, strenuously.

And a little South Korean.

Welcome to the ■■■■ show.

Meh, I disagree.

Whites took the internet thing way too seriously and now assume that if they complain about something on the internet it becomes true. This is especially true of strenuous complaints.

I have mixed feelings about a mandatory draft. There is no doubt that virtually everyone would benefit, at least a little, from the experience, but forced servitude is fundamentally wrong … and arguably, unconstitutional. Besides, the military has no need for so much manpower and it would cost billions more annually to operate. So I come down strongly on the “No” side of your proposition.

It’s a really interesting thought experiment to think, hypothetically, what we would be like as a country if we had instituted mandatory service after world war 2 and maintained it up until now. I honestly don’t know whether the overall impact would be good or bad. I can see pros and cons.

Enlistment is always low when a democrat is president and no one asks why.

People only want to enlist if they feel the president gives a damn about them. Biden and Harris wont even answer calls to join families at an Arlington Cemetary memorial the grieving families asked them to come to. If Trump wins, I expect the registration to correct itself. Rasmussen Poll said that if war broke out in the US 68% of liberals would flee to Canada to avoid fighting while only 38% of Republicans would flea. This proves what voting demographic for the military is MAJORLY conservative. People only want to put their life on the line for someone or something they believe in, and that’s not Harris. This will continue under liberal leadership, they have proven time and time again they don’t care about the military. They only use it for political gain when necessary. My brother was a CO in the navy and retired because Biden was elected, he knew our world standing would go to complete ■■■■ under his leadership and didn’t want to be seen as part of it. Well he was right. Liberals see the military as peons. Polls prove liberals won’t even fight for what they believe in if their name is called. Hey Tim Walz is a perfect example of this.
