A pardon is unlikely.
As for future court, that will be federal habeas courts. Unlikely that they take any issue with the findings of the First Circuit on direct appeal. He will surely make habeas appeals that will likely go nowhere.
But possible. We could have a Muslim President. Or an empathetic, compassionate one. Everybody who remembers dead.
