What makes molestation worse than murder/manslaughter? They are both bad.
Did the little girl have a warrant for a gun charge?
Oh I wasn’t aware that a warrant = death.
Oh I wasn’t aware that a warrant = death.
I wasn’t aware thug with a warrant = little girl rape victim.
PurpnGold:Oh I wasn’t aware that a warrant = death.

I already said both are bad.
He was killed by the way.

Before or after serving a sentence? I am assuming you mean after their sentence is served. Which my answer would generally be yes. However Sneaky doesn’t think punishing teaches anything… which I agree with. So either we put everyone in prison there for life… or we develop better rehabilitation programs and remove constitutional restrictions after sentence is served

Are they equally “bad”?
Yes, he was killed. By a chain of events he set in motion.
Is the same true of the little girl?
Do you lock up the prey or the predator?
Are they equally “bad”?
I think so. A 17 year old child grabbing a 10 year old child is gross and wrong (culturally speaking).
But so I taking a life.
Yes, he was killed. By a chain of events he set in motion.
Blaming the victim? Tsk tsk
Is the same true of the little girl?
I’m not going to blame the victim…
Do you lock up the prey or the predator?
The cop and this molester are predators
I think so. A 17 year old child grabbing a 10 year old child is gross and wrong (culturally speaking).
Rape.
Blaming the victim? Tsk tsk
Decisions have consequences.
I’m not going to blame the victim…
You can’t. Your “comparison”… isn’t.
The cop and this molester are predators
The cop didn’t put the weapons charge on him. The cop didn’t resist. The cop didn’t make him a thug.

Rape.
She wasn’t raped. Your favorite source says so. Believe internet man.
PurpnGold:Blaming the victim? Tsk tsk

That 10 year old shouldn’t have been there (sarcasm). Blaming the victim is not cool.

Weapons charges deserve a death sentence? Say it isn’t so mr “we don’t want a police state”
She wasn’t raped.
Do your research.

The thug shouldn’t have had a gun charge. Not sarcasm.

Thug didn’t get a sentence.

Projection given that your source says otherwise

Gun charge != death
Aren’t you the one against a police state? Da ■■■■
Projection given that your source says otherwise
Not projection. I did mine.
Gun charge != death
Gun charge+resisting+cop error=death
Would he have been killed if he was in a library instead of riding around with a gun charge?
His father couldn’t keep a gun out of his hand? Despite the family cookouts and working together?
Gun charge+resisting+cop error=death
Justifying the state execution without due process?
What a difference a week makes.
Justifying the state execution without due process?
What a difference a week makes.
Due process requires the accused to appear in court, the warrant was for failure to appear.
Violently resisting arrest is not the way to get due process.

A child molester is far more likely to remain a threat than your average murderer.
In fact, there really is no such thing as a rehabilitated child molester.

“Sexual recidivism rates range from 5 percent after three years to 24 percent after 15 years.
The rates of recidivism for general crime are higher than those for sex crimes.
Different types of sex offenders have different rates of recidivism.”
