Now consider that this father, who was attempting to protect his 9th grade daughter from a deviant, sexual predator, is the poster child for the DoJ to issue their radical claim that this is an example of a domestic terrorist. We were referencing whether or not the boy wore a skirt, not that the rape occurred.
It will solve the immediate problem…promise.

That’s not been proven. Regardless, unless there was someone at the door of the restroom allowing people in, whether or not he was wearing a skirt or claims to be gender fluid is irrelevant to the rape. The denial and actions of the superintendent and school board are whole other story.
No it’s not. It’s a mindset being pushed by the superintendent and the school board giving this piece of ■■■■ the courage to go into the bathroom of the opposite sex, so he could then commit his evil act. Why do you choose to defend this?

Nothing was stopping anyone from going into bathrooms and attacking people before our current discussions about gender and bathrooms. And I am not defending anything. Just pointing out the boy could have done this act regardless of the bathroom policies at this school. Further, whether or not he wore a skirt or is gender fluid has not been proven.

Yes…there is. Why do you not walk into a women’s restroom? That reasoning of our social norms was being attacked by the superintendent and the school board which more than likely, promoted his mindset to go in? Either way, why this agenda is being discussed and promoted with in the public school system is absolutely, one zillion percent, out of place.

No. He used the school’s “transgender” policy to gain unrestricted access to the girls’ bathroom in order to rape there. It’s not irrelevant to the rape at all.

The “mindset” that girl’s use a girl’s john and boys use the boy’s john. It really isn’t that complicated.
Societal norms about who you pee next to doesn’t stop anyone from going into a bathroom of the opposite sex and attacking them.
Not completely but it does set the societal tone…that boys don’t go into a girl’s bathroom. They also know that others can see what they’re doing which adds another layer of mental protection.
People never went into opposite sex bathrooms to attack people before the current gender policies?
