Since the GOP is waffling on Ukraine and Israel, the Democrats want to leverage their majority in the Senate and WH to ensure they get all their priorities past.
The GOP, holding only one of the three componants needed to pass a bill should not expect to get only tehir priorities past. They will have to compromise.
