1. I think you mean a person, but that person said he was thwarting the president along with others. So you object to the president resisting a coup. implying you think a coup is constitutional?

2. seventy people were arrested for outbursts in the Kavanaugh hearings, Sixty-one demonstrators were charged with disorderly conduct and another nine were charged with “crowding, obstructing, or incommoding.”

evidently it is illegal so you cannot blame Trump.

Has he taken action on any of these?
Saying you want to do something that is Unconstitutional is not unconstitutional.
As far as (3.) I am not so sure whether the Obama administration hasn’t been doing some of that through the IRS and then through the FBI and investigative agencies.
