Excellent News! Alligator Alcatraz BACK IN BUSINESS!

Here’s the deal. Like it or lump it, President Trump has the authority to restore law and order to America and that is what he is doing. If citizens are criminals, they will be brought to justice.

In the United States, executive power is vested in the President by the Constitution’s Vesting Clause in Article II. This means the President is the chief of the Executive Branch, serving as Commander-in-Chief, head of state, and responsible for executing and enforcing federal laws.

Whatever it takes, our safety is the aim.

Not particularly. You?

Then why did he pardon Jan 6th criminals who then went on to commit other crimes some of which relate to child pornography.
Or why have his justice department transfer Ghislane Maxwell to a minimum security prison and discuss pardoning her.

He only pardoned the ones who were convicted of things pertaining to J6. It’s silly to think he would have pardoned all crimes that they would commit after that…or that they committed before that.

Did Trump do that?

Focus woman! Why do you keep trying to make points that have nothing to do with the thread topic?

8USC1226. Apprehension and detention of aliens
(a) Arrest, detention, and release
On a warrant issued by the Attorney General, an alien may be arrested and detained pending a decision on whether the alien is to be removed from the United States. Except as provided in subsection (c) and pending such decision, the Attorney General-
(1) may continue to detain the arrested alien; and
(2) may release the alien on-
(A) bond of at least $1,500 with security approved by, and containing conditions prescribed by, the Attorney General; or
(B) conditional parole; but

(3) may not provide the alien with work authorization (including an “employment authorized” endorsement or other appropriate work permit), unless the alien is lawfully admitted for permanent residence or otherwise would (without regard to removal proceedings) be provided such authorization.
(b) Revocation of bond or parole
The Attorney General at any time may revoke a bond or parole authorized under subsection (a), rearrest the alien under the original warrant, and detain the alien.“

So we are to have millions of illegal aliens wandering around our cities unable to work?
As you can see, detention pending hearings is quite legal, even if they have previously been paroled.
Don’t like the way illegals are handled, try to change the law.

Like Joe did to the J6 people? Or like they tried to do to Trump?

There you go.

Indeed. May. Trump chooses not.
What would Biden’s millions do out there? How would they eat? They can’t work.
And considering there are still over a million hanging around after they got their removal decision, it’s best they stay in detention.

But of course he does. Or Miller.

cognizance

illegal aliens, illegal aliens, illegal aliens, and illegal alien

do you think cutting off the post there somehow changes the law that you cut off?

If we stack them just right, we can get 100 on a single ship.

Are they barbarians?

Duh, that’s what the FEMA camps are for!

It’s hard to reconcile that you are opposed to sex offenders and criminals when you constantly defend them. BUT TRUMP! does not make your love for these pervs any less creepy.

Well of course silly. if you have committed a barbaric act against a person or persons then you are a barbarian. Being one of your beloved invaders doesn’t get them off the hook for that. Like this beloved newcomer.

This guy might end up in Alligator Alcatraz:

And libs might protest to free him.
