One of the examples FACT cited involved Wisconsin Democratic member of Congress, Gwen Moore, whose political action committee under her control spent 94.8% of its funds on things like food and travel, such as catering, food delivery, restaurants, hotels, a resort in California’s wine country and alcohol, according to the report.

Maybe she only needed 5.2%. She was successful after all.
Apparently the constituents were either unaware or had no problem with it. Wonder what the 5.2% was spent on? Windshield flyers maybe?

Most likely unaware. That wouldn’t go over well. People care how their money is spent when someone else is spending it. Think of it like someone spending child support they don’t need on vacations.
