I agree with the premise, but don’t plan on spending any time on the issue past this post.
What it means is that if you don’t speak English and you call a federal office, tough ■■■■ if you don’t understand English.
Federal departments no longer have to pay for language assistance for non-native English speakers.

That’s why we should limit it to just two languages. No more, no less. All official government business is done in those two languages.

The main reason is it’s unnecessary pandering to the last vestiges of a dying demographic.
It’s also psuedo-“patriotism”, which can very quickly become very dangerous.
