Meh. On one level I find that joke really, really funny and a pretty astute observation of modern day politics. On another, it’s a pretty cheep shot. The crowd, as most crowds, wouldn’t know the difference or realize they were being fooled in the moment.
So I get it, I chuckled, but there are better ways to call out Trump supporters on their bull ■■■■■
I thought it was funny, but what it really does is just illustrate how the lemmings walk lockstep with zero information.

This was petty…extremely petty at the same time it was absolutely brilliant. 
However, there are people pointing out the hypocrisy of this administration and its supporters everyday. Unfortunately, political hypocrisy transcends party. The only difference between Dems/Libs and Repubs/Cons is at least the Dems will kiss you before and after they screw you.
I knew that wasn’t a Trump quote when the morning news here ran the clip of that without tipping off the audience.
